Saying goodbye to the year 2021, we welcome the promising New Year 2022. Meanwhile, human life is again seeing the light of beauty, normality and potential. Over the past two years, the horror of human life, ‘Corona’, which has claimed the lives of 50 lakh people across the world, has also forced students to leave school. Deprived of the joy and learning of school, the student community has not yet turned to school. As the president of the school, I am writing two or four words with the good wish that this wounded student body will enter the temple of learning at the beginning of the new year 2022.

          The school which was established on 17th January 1931 with the contribution and efforts of Swargat Panchanan Baksi Mahashay, a memorable person of this village, is today one of the best educational institutions in the district. In 2021, Ananya Mondal, a student of this school, is the first rank holder in the secondary examination organized by the West Bengal government. We are determined to keep the highest dignity of this school intact in the coming days with the joint efforts of the present management committee, headmaster, other teachers and teaching staff.

          On behalf of the Management Committee, our main aim is to create an environment of good reading and overall discipline in the school. And returning all school students to school in the post-corona period.

         A few samples of the work that has been done in the school in the past year through the management association for the benefit of the students and teachers are-

1) Sound system has been introduced throughout the school.

2) A large and modern Mid-Day-Meal Dining Hall has been built.

3) Managed to arrange a separate well-furnished room for the head teacher of the school. 4) To furnish the Staff Room & Office Rooms of the school got it

5) Plastered and floored the large hall on one floor and all the rooms on the second and third floors and the entire balcony of the three-storied building on the north side of the school. Hope to create a very healthy environment for your children to study.

6) The pride of the school damaged by Amphan storm was to restore the “Vidyasagar Manch” and the adjacent Mid-Day-Meal cooking area and its shade.

7) We have taken plans to repaint the main building of the school immediately. Also planned to build a Concreate road in the school market.
